To Provide outstanding 24/7 customer services over the phone.

Catering to customers’ banking requests, answer or escalate customers’ queries & complaints related to products and services.

Maintaining a strong communication channel via constant coordination with nationwide branches and Head Office departments.

Skills required:       

Excellent communication skills (fluent in Urdu & English)

Good interpersonal skills

Capable of working under pressure & in shifts

Excellent customer service skills
