CM Punjab Merit PhD Scholarship CMMS Fully Funded PEEF, Chief Minister of Punjab fully funded scholarship program for International PhD session 2025. the scholarship applications for intake 2025-2026 are invited under the Punjab Educational Endowment fund PEEF.
Scholarship applications are invited from all Pakistani male and female students to studying in scored admission in Top 50 QS Ranked subject wise universities in the world.
Last Date for the receipt of applications in PEEF office before date 30 April 2025

Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant would not less than 60% marks throughout the academic career.
- The applicant family monthly income will not more than RS 200,000 (Pakistan Rupees) per month.
- The maximum age limit of student will not more than 35 years old till date 30 April 2025.
- The applicant have not receive or avail any foreign scholarship before.
Note: existing permanent /regular faculty members of public sector teaching / educational intuitional of Pakistan are not eligible to apply for chief minister merit scholarship CMMS program.
Preference shall be given to the students having Punjab domicile. However the special quota has been allocated for other provinces including AJK, Gilgit baltistan GB, FATA and Islamabad.
