Weightage formula for BS admission merit determination:
| SSC / O-Level | 10 Percent |
| HSSC or Equivalent | 30 Percent |

BS Eligibility Criteria
minimum 50 percent marks in FSC pre-medical, Pre-M Group, FSC Technology Group, or Technology in relevant fields.
minimum 35 percent marks scored in allied health sciences entry test conducted by shaheed zulfiqar ali bhutto medical university SZABMU Islamabad is mandatory for applying in BS Program in CMT, PIMS.

- The age limit is 17 to 30 years old, and the deadline is November 28, 2023.
- candidates working in any government sector must provide NOC from their respective departments.
- total 150 seats are allocated for BS Degree program in six 6 above mentioned different discipline 25 seats per discipline.
- 20 percent seats are reserved for FSC Technology Group.
- The domicile certificate of the student is mandatory at the time of submission of the application form for admission; otherwise, the application will not be entertained.
Admission notice for 2 years FSC Courses
Admission applications are invited on the prescribed admission form available from the College of Medical Technology for the following two-year degree program:
FSC Medical Laboratory Technology MLT
FSC ophthalmic technology
FSC dental hygiene technology
FSC Medical Imaging Technology
FSC Physiotherapy technology
FSC Operation Theatre Technology
Eligibility Criteria:
The applicants have a Matric with a science subject’s chemistry, biology, and physics.
Those candidates who have passed the SSC 9th examination may also apply; however, they will submit their matric result within the time declared by the concerned board; otherwise, their admission will be cancelled.
Fresh candidates having score Grade A to C will be preferred.
Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be between the ages of 16 and 19 as of September 10, 2024.
Admissions will be given on a merit basis after reviewing the matriculation marks.
The students who have already enrolled in or passed the FA/FSC program are not eligible for these two-year FSC courses.
