HBFCL the company operates through its deep rooted and national footprint of 51 branches with head office in Karachi. HBFC is looking for enthusiastic and competent individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities for the position of Management Trainee Officer.
The HBFC head office is Karachi but house building finance company limited is working across Pakistan so on date 20 January 2020 the HBFC offer Management Trainee Program in Karachi only, but it’s not true because today’s newspaper the HBFC said that selected candidates can be transfer anywhere in Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: the minimum master 16 years degree holders with at least 60 percent marks where percentage system applies or 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where GPA system is applicable from HEC recognized educational intuitions in the subjects:
Economics
Commerce
Finance
Accounting
Computer Science
Information Technology
Mathematics
Statistics
Human Resource
Law
Equivalence certificate from HEC is required in the case of applicants having foreign degree.
Age limit:
the maximum age limit of applicant must not be more than 28 years old. The age relaxation will be given to candidates who are from:
FATA
Nortern Areas
Gilgit balistan
AJK
Balochistan
Selection Criteria:
Candidates will be selected through written test and Interview.
Stipend:
The selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee for a period of six months at a stipend amounted Rs 30,000/- per month.
After successful completion of training, they will be offered regular employment in the company as Assistant Manager.
Place of Posting:
The selected candidates may be placed in any HBFCL office across the country.
How to apply:
The interested and eligible candidates advised to fill up online application form and download the same along with bank deposit slip from NTS website www.nts.org.pk. The candidates shall deposit test fee in the designated bank and get its receipt.
The application form along with the original paid up copy of bank deposit slip and required documents shall be send to NTS head quarter Plot no. 96, street no. 4 sector H-8/1, Islamabad.
