Health Benefits of Falsa of Phalsa Fruit and Juice
Falsa, in Pakistan, is considered an exotic fruit and is either eaten raw with salt or drunk as juice. Not only is the fruit very tasty and beneficial, but the other parts of the tree also have their own advantages.
The bark of the falsa tree is used in sugar (gur) making, its leaves have an antibiotic effect and are also used as cattle fodder; and oil from falsa seeds is used to treat fevers and diarrhoea.
It is falsa season, so do not avoid it but rather include it in your diet because of its fantastic health benefits.
