Wonderful scholarship opportunity for Balochistan and FATA students by the Higher Education Commission HEC Islamabad. For students who want to continue their studies for PhD degree programs at local universities, these scholarships are for those who’re from FATA and Balochistan.
HEC Indigenous Scholarships 2024 for Balochistan and Fata Application Form
HEC invited scholarship applications to study PhD programs at local Pakistani top-rated universities. The government of Pakistan will bear all expenses for the university.
These scholarships will be awarded only to Balochistan and FATA students for the academic session 2023–2024. The package from the government is under Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan package AHBP.
Eligibility Criteria:
The applicant must have a local domicile in balochistan and FATA.
The applicant must have a minimum of 45 percent marks in each degree, like Matric, Intermediate, Bachelors, and Master degree holders. According to the semester system, the minimum CGPA is 3.0 out of 4.0 and 3.75 out of 5.0, or first division in the annual system in MS, M.Phil., or equivalent degree. No third degree in any discipline, like a Matric, Inter, Graduate, or Master Degree

The candidates who will apply for scholarships must appear in the HEC aptitude scholarship test and earn 50 percent marks.
At least two certificates or degrees must have been studied at and obtained from HEC-recognized universities or DAIs located in Balochistan province.
40 years of full-time regular faculty members of public sector universities and colleges and employees of public sector R&D organizations
35 years old on all other programs.
