HUBERT H. HUMPHREY FELLOWSHIP COMPETITION 2024
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship program has been announced by a BI-national commission called the United States Education Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP). This non-degree program, which is intended for professionals in the middle of their careers (5–15 years of relevant experience), consists of 10–12 months of graduate-level, non-degree academic courses and the chance to work in the relevant fields in the United States.

Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a Pakistani Citizen
Minimum of five years of progressively work experience
16 years of formal education
Guarantee of re-employment upon return to Pakistan
Not Eligible:
People who are dual citizens of the United States and Pakistan or who have a spouse, fiancé, parent, or child over the age of 18 who is a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States are ineligible.
The spouse, kids, finances, siblings, dependents, parents, and employees of the Department of State or USAID are also ineligible.
Applications are strongly encouraged from women, people with disabilities, and residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, Northern Sindh, and Southern Punjab.
