Two passport size photographs with sky blue background of the applicant with the registration form.
Photocopy of the father / guardian CNIC at the time of admission.
Photocopy of the Form-B (at the time of admission).
Date birth of student will not change once recorded.
The final selection the successful candidates will have to appear for an interview along with Form-B (NADRA) school leaving certificate and medical fitness certificate.
