For nursing Director the applicant must be qualified as a nurse RN with an advance degree in Nursing BSc-N preferable MSc / MA Nursing with at least 7 years administration and teaching experience with current nursing registration.

The Nursing director will be responsible for all nursing functions including:

Training of nursing staff,

Ensuring adequate nursing staff for all clinical needs,

Maintain the highest nursing standards,

Performing regular audits of nursing functions and preparing an annual plan and budget for the nursing staff.

The nursing director will be report to Board of governors.

Finance Director Job Details Education and experience:

Finance director applicant must be master degree in finance or accounts and ten years’ experience in finance or accounts in any major or public company / institutions or be a charted accountant with minimum professional experience of seven years.

The Duty of Finance Director:

Supervise all financial accounting matters of the institutions

Prepare detailed regulations and procedures for institutional financial management.

Assist the hospital and medical directors and the dean of financial matters.

Assist in the development of the medical colleges and hospital budgets.

The finance director will report to the hospital director and the board of governors.
