Experience:
3-5 Years IT related experience
Key responsibilities:
Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
Controls solution by establishing specifications, coordinating with business users, vendors and development teams.
Become part of UAT in test results verification.
Ensures operation by training OPS team and providing support.
Provides reference by writing documentation.

Experience:
1-2 Years IT related experience
Key responsibilities:
24×7 supports include monitoring of application software’s, transactions and services.
Communicate with user (internal and external) to collect information about incidents and perform basic diagnostics to come up with acceptable solution.
Based on critical nature problem, he must follow the escalation level immediately.
Monitor and maintain server processes and error logs to ensure application stability, performance and availability.
Aim to become a subject Matter expert on assigned applications and become a prime contact for support team.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of data base & electronic banking system.
