BS optometry and orthotics, Vision, refractive and optical science:
It’s a four years degree program affiliated from University of health science, Lahore.
After selection the classes will be start from 01 January 2019.
Last Date for submission of Admission Form: 30 November 2018
Eligibility Criteria:
Age limit 25 years old, the applicant have minimum 60 % marks in FSC Pre Medical.
Entry Test:
The written entry test will be held on date 12 December 2018 at 09:00 AM. The interview will be held on same day time 11:00 AM.
Merit List:
After entry test and interview the selection merit list will be display on www.alshifaeye.org website on date 17 December 2018.
The fee structure and hostel charges available at www.alshifaeye.org, limited seats available for hostel facility.
Application form available at www.alshifaeye.org, admission application form along with pay order rs. 2000/- in the name of Al shifa Trust eye hospital and attested copies of CNIC and other testimonials may be submitted personally or through courier.
