Mineral Development Corporation PMDC Islamabad announced Management Trainee program for 16 years degree holders. PMDC is a mining and marketing of various minerals. Operates under the administrative control of government of Pakistan ministry of energy petroleum department.

It’s a one year Training program on contract basis and there is no job confirmation on PMDC to offer regular employment to trainees on completion of the training period.
Eligibility criteria:
The candidates having minimum bachelor / master degree holder with 16 years of education or equivalent in specific disciplines / categories as stated below from a reputable institution recognized by the higher education commission HEC of Pakistan.

The test and interviews will be taken from all applicants before final selection.
PSO Management Trainee Program
Stipend:
The selected candidates will be avail Rs. 80,000/- as a stipend monthly.
Incomplete and late Trainee applications will be rejected.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for test and interviews for final selection purpose.
NO TA/DA will be offered to any candidates.

30 % weightage on education Marks
40 % on test assessment
