Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) offers exciting opportunities for aspiring individuals. The national flag carrier of Pakistan regularly recruits talented individuals to join their cabin crew team, both male and female, on a one-year contract. The contract can be extended on the basis of the employee’s performance.

Eligibility Criteria:
Before applying for PIA cabin crew jobs, it is essential to review the eligibility criteria set by the airline. While the specific requirements may vary, the general criteria include:
Age limit: Minimum age of 18 years; maximum age should be upto 25 years as of last date of registration
Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent education
Height: Height requirements are usually between 5 feet and 6 inches for flight stewards and 5 feet 2 inches for Air Hostess
Weight: Candidate must complete all requirements as per PIA’s standard
Language: Fluency in English and Urdu (additional languages are a plus)
Only unmarried female candidates can apply
Medical fitness and good eyesight are compulsory requirements for a candidate.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure
The candidate must possess positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Those candidates who have skin problems are not eligible to apply
Online Application Process:
PIA has streamlined its recruitment process, allowing interested candidates to apply for cabin crew jobs online. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to apply:
a. Visit the PIA Official Website: Go to the official website of Pakistan International Airlines (www.piac.com.pk) and navigate to the “Careers” or “Jobs” section.
b. Check for Job Openings: Look for the latest job openings for cabin crew positions. These positions are usually advertised on the website, along with detailed job descriptions and requirements.
c. Complete the Online Application Form: Click on the relevant job opening and fill out the online application form. Provide accurate personal information, educational details, and any other required information as requested. The candidate must mention the position applied for on the application form.
d. Application Fee: The candidate has to submit an application fee of RS 2000 in the HBL bank account of PIACL via Bank Account HBL-CSCPIA-PKR-0048-00179605-03. A fee slip should be attached to the form as proof.
e. Attach Supporting Documents: Application form and photocopies of required documents, including your educational certificates, national identity card, six passport-sized photographs with white backgrounds, experience letter, domicile and any other documents specified in the application form
f. Submit the Application: Review the application form and attached documents for accuracy. Once satisfied, submit the application electronically through the online portal. These documents must be sent to the following address:

Selection Process:
After submitting your application, PIA will review all applications received within the specified deadline. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for computer-based testing by an independent testing service. Those candidates who secure 70% marks will be called for grooming assessments and interviews. After interviews, selected candidates will undergo a medical examination. The final selection will occur after the medical test.

Training and Career Development:
If selected, candidates will undergo rigorous training programs conducted by PIA.
