All interested candidates who have appeared in pre entry test this year public and private sector medical universities / colleges of Sindh province, belonging to the tagged districts of Sindh are eligible to apply for the admission to BS 04 Years degree program.
Eligibility Criteria:
The Intermediate pass students having domicile in any tagged district of Gambat Medical college.
Candidates appeared in entry test of Sindh Government Conducted by MDCAT on date 13 December 2020 securing 65 percent marks or above.
Documents Required:
Printed copy of NTS Score 2019 entry test.
Matric O’ level or equivalent Marks Certificate.
Matric Pakka Certificate.
FSc/HSC/ ‘A’ Level or equivalent.
PRC of Candidate.
Domicile of Candidate.
Domicile of Father/Mother/Guardian.
CNIC/ ‘B’ Form of Candidate.
CNIC of Father.
D.D/B.C/Pay order of Rs. 508,200 in the name of Director PAQSJIMS, Gambat for (IEAP Candidates only).
Paste one Passport size Photograph on application form & provide one another photograph attested on back. .
Attested photocopy of all required documents mentioned in prospectus of health department government of Sindh Session 2021-2022.
