Prime minister Youth scheme and higher education commission HEC brings another wonderful scheme for special students. Government of Pakistan PM Imran Khan starts providing Electric Wheelchair for special students from all other the Pakistan.
It’s a wonderful electric wheelchair that would be helpful for special students. Male and female both can apply for getting wheelchair from government of Pakistan though HEC System.
Eligibility criteria:
The special students who are studying in any HEC recognized Pakistani university and degree awarding institutions of Pakistan and AJ and K requiring ambulatory assistance.
The interested and eligible candidates need to registered before
Students enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, MS/Mphil and PhD Programme.
Valid certificate of special ambulatory need from relevant government institutions duly verified by head of respective institution
How to apply:
The interested and eligible candidates may submit their applications online though hec.gov.pk/wheelchair, print the application form and attached necessary documents and submit through office of respective vice chancellor or designated person, universities will forward all eligible cases to HEC in one transaction by for distribution of wheelchair on merit basis.

HEC Again give the notice letter for Prime Minister Electric Wheelchair scheme for University Students.
Online Registration of PM Electric Wheelchair phase II is open till 10 July 2022, disable students can register themselves for PM HEC Electric Wheel Chair Phase 2.
The students must submit the hard copy of the online form with related documents to their respective department FAO coordinator.

Extension in deadline for online submission of applications: 15 September 2022
In view of the situation prevailing in the country due to coronavirus COVID-19 higher education commission HEC has decided to extend the deadline for submission of online applications till Friday 10 July 2022. Similar the universities will submit the verified applications to HEC within a month after the expiry of the deadline.
