The University of Sargodha is organizing its 10th convocation in the month of November 2023 for the award of degrees, medals, and merit certificates to the graduates and position holders.

The graduates who possess a strong desire to participate in the convocation have the opportunity to complete their registration between the dates of 09.10.2023 and 31.10.2023.

How to Get Registered
the online registration portal, which is accessible on the university’s official website, convocation.su.edu.pk. In order to successfully register, individuals must submit the prescribed registration fee of Rs. 2000 through a bank challan obtained from the aforementioned website and subsequently deposit it at any branch of HBL into the University Account No. 0427991796403.

Eligibility
- Position holders of programs of ADA, ADS, ADC, BS, B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons.), B.Ed., BBA, LLB, MA, M.Sc., MBA, Pharm-D, and DPT of the ending session 2022
- The graduates of Bachelor and Master degree programs ending session 2022 who have completed degree requirements until October 9, 2023
- The graduates of Allied Health Sciences 2022 who have completed the degree requirements from Sargodha Medical College only
- The graduates of the M.Sc. (Hons.), MS, and MPhil programs of the ending session of 2022 who have completed degree requirements until October 9, 2023
- PhDs who have completed degree requirements until October 9, 2023
Only registered graduates will be allowed to enter the convocation pandal. Moreover, attendance at the full-dress rehearsal is mandatory for participation in the convocation.

The prescribed academic costume or gown can be hired or purchased from the university after depositing the prescribed dues or security.
