Summary of Position:
To manage customer care center and provide front end customer care at any designated wi-tribe care center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• To manage Customer care center effectively as per defined standards
• To achieve all the assigned targets as a team as well as on individual level
• To take overall ownership of customers, team and care center
• To serve walk-in customers a per company standards in a friendly atmosphere
• To retain walk-in customers and to control churn
• To sell and upsell services to walk-in customers
• To provide preliminary technical assistance
• To resolve / escalate complaints for resolution
• To upsell company’s image through “customer first policy” and “timely response”
• To provide daily / weekly / monthly reports accurately and on time

• To manage designated customer care center team effectively as a whole
• To achieve all the assigned targets as a team as well as on individual level
