Registration fee is charged at the time of registration which is non-refundable.

The Smart School Kindergarten has a specific and regular admission policy throughout the country which is communicated to parents by the respective region. It is mandatory to adhere to the policy.
At the Playgroup, Nursery and Kindergarten levels, an informal assessment based on the child’s age is conducted.
Generally, the reading ability of the child, vocabulary and recognition of words, concepts of colours and numbers is assessed. The confidence and development of motor skills and appearance of the child is also taken into consideration – how the child sits, walks and talks.
At the Junior I and Junior II levels, a written test in English, Urdu and Mathematics are prerequisites.
In addition to the assessment, a formal interview is conducted with the both the parents. Merit is the sole criterion for admission.
The list displaying names of selected candidates will be put up on the notice board of the relevant school on the given date and letters will be dispatched to the parents.
At the time of admission, a non-refundable admission fee, a refundable security deposit, and two months’ tuition fee are payable.
Admission remains provisional and is not confirmed unless the following documents are produced:
- Original birth certificate and is photocopy
- Two passport-size photographs
- Report card and school leaving certificate
Admission formalities, including the filling of the duplicate Admission Form, should be completed no later than the date given in the Letter of Admission. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the admission and the vacancy may then be offered to the next candidate on the merit list.
The payment must be made by the date indicated on the fee challan, failing which the admission is cancelled.
